Chevy Chase Bank Selects The Edcomm Group To Provide Banking Operations Management Training



February 28, 2004--Chevy Chase Bank has selected The Edcomm Group to provide training in banking operations management. Edcomm will deliver a three-day course, Managing Banking Operations for Productivity and Quality, which will focus on bottom-line operations management skills.

The program is a hands-on, highly participatory training program using applied financial services examples to emphasize the "hard skills" of managing operations, such as Scheduling, Forecasting, Capacity Planning, Job Design, Production Standards, Change Management, Risk Management, Work Flow, Process Improvement, Strategic Planning and Service Quality. The course provides managers and supervisors with the skills to manage their workloads using tools, techniques, and strategies for attaining increased productivity and quality in an environment of changing technology, sophisticated markets, reorganization and realignment, and new products and services.
